Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of localgmbdashboard.com and the Local GMB Dashboard application (together, the “Service”), operated by Native Brains (“Local GMB Dashboard,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this site or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Local GMB Dashboard is currently in active development. The Rank Grid, GMB Post Scheduling, and Check-In Widget features described on this site are not yet generally available. This page describes the Service as intended at launch; specific features, Google API scopes, and availability may change before general availability, and we will update these Terms accordingly.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business or agency you represent to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Authorization to Connect Google Business Profile

By connecting a Google Business Profile to Local GMB Dashboard, you represent that you are the owner or an authorized manager of that profile, or have been granted permission by the owner.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content — including posts created through GMB Post Scheduling and submissions made through the Check-In Widget — published to a connected Google Business Profile.
Your use of Google Business Profile features remains subject to Google’s own terms and policies for Business Profiles.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Access or attempt to access a Google Business Profile or account you are not authorized to manage;
Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service;
Use the Service to publish false, misleading, or unlawful content; or
Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

Intellectual Property

Local GMB Dashboard, its logos, the Rank Grid, and all related trademarks and content are the property of Native Brains or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Fees

No fees are currently charged for access to this site. If and when paid plans are introduced for the Service, applicable pricing and billing terms will be presented to you before you are charged, and these Terms will be updated accordingly.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Rank Grid data, search-visibility signals, and any other metrics are estimates based on available data and do not guarantee any specific search ranking, traffic, or business outcome. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Native Brains will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Service. You may stop using the Service and disconnect any connected Google account at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Native Brains, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where Native Brains is registered.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
