Local GMB Dashboard (“Local GMB Dashboard,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a local search platform that helps businesses and agencies track Google Business Profile rankings with the Rank Grid, schedule Google Business Profile posts with GMB Post Scheduling, and turn field work into on-site proof with the Check-In Widget. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — including specific commitments about data accessed through Google APIs. It applies to localgmbdashboard.com and, once generally available, the Local GMB Dashboard application.

Information We Collect

Account and contact information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and business name, when you sign up, request access, or contact us.
Google Business Profile information, connected only with your explicit authorization through Google Sign-In: your business locations, categories, hours, and other profile details; the search-visibility data used to build your Rank Grid; and the content of posts you create or schedule through GMB Post Scheduling.
Check-In content that field users submit through the Check-In Widget, including photos, notes, timestamps, and job-site location data.
Usage information, such as pages visited, browser and device type, and referring pages, collected through standard web analytics.

How We Use Google User Data

We only request access to your Google Business Profile data after you, or a manager you have authorized, explicitly connect an account through Google’s own OAuth consent screen. We request the minimum scopes necessary to (a) read business location and profile information, (b) read the search-visibility signals used to build your Rank Grid, and (c) create and manage posts on your Google Business Profile on your behalf.

We use Google user data solely to provide the Rank Grid, GMB Post Scheduling, and Check-In features described on this site. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent Google user data to any third party.

Local GMB Dashboard’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can review or revoke Local GMB Dashboard’s access to your Google Account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

How We Use Information

Provide, operate, and maintain the Rank Grid, GMB Post Scheduling, and Check-In Widget.
Communicate with you about your account, respond to support requests, and send service-related notices.
Monitor and improve the reliability, security, and performance of the service.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information or Google user data. We share information only with:

Infrastructure and service providers (such as hosting, storage, and email-delivery providers) solely to operate the service, under confidentiality obligations.
Authorities or other parties when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Local GMB Dashboard, our users, or others.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service described above. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@localgmbdashboard.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations.

Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

Local GMB Dashboard is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

International Users

Information may be processed in the countries where our service providers operate. By using the service, you consent to this processing.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above.
